I’m a dreamer and visionary myself, with a “let’s make it happen” attitude and a deep love for people.
Born into a family of visionary innovators & entrepreneurs, I got to live the entrepreneurial dream ever since I was a child.
Nearly every Sunday morning, you’d find us sitting around the table, having breakfast while talking about all the inspiring ideas and business plans we had come up with over the week.
It was an inspiring and enriching environment, but I could also see – it takes much more than just creativity and passion to take those ideas and turn them into successful realities!
It takes a lot of dedication, grit, constant learning, and resilience to grow & make real change happen.
In this environment, I found the major question that is still driving me in everything I do: “Why do some people fail while others thrive? How do some people turn their ideas into an empowered reality, while others keep struggling?”.
This is how my passion for both innovation and psychology was born.
And the rest is history.
My whole career path prepared me for what I do today.
I first studied International Business and Executive Management and worked for various start-ups & creative companies to get to the bottom of the business world.
Wanting to understand the rules of the game, I tried to understand the skillsets & processes that anyone with an expertise and big vision needed to see their ideas come to life.
After 10 years in that world and constantly being the “inofficial sparring partner and coach” for my bosses and colleagues, I decided to follow my original passion and changed course.
Studying psychological coaching & systemic counseling, I began working with high achievers and driven leaders in 2016 and finally started my own coaching business, Monika Lerch Coaching, in 2020.
